We are an independent CRO operating out of the USA that provides preclinical medicine testing in top-notch, GLP certified research laboratories in Eastern Europe. Our testing facilities are sponsored by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and provide support for commercial development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core purpose. Our company was founded to provide the top-notch, lower cost services of these facilities to new bio-tech companies in the United States and EU, thereby providing them with a smart option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We provide a wide range of preclinical toxicology including medicine safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharma screening, bioavailability, bio-equivalence , and full in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical Contract Research Organization is able to price preclinical toxicology far below other CROs because we have a very low overhead in the USA and conduct all testing in Kiev where labor and lab costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States consists only of the company principals who work directly with clients; we don’t have any promotion expenses other than our website, and no main offices, administrative staff or other overhead to inflate costs. We have much lower research conduct costs in Ukraine due to much lower labor rates and are happy to provide our best pricing for longer and more intricate pre-clinical studies where labor is the most significant portion of the overall cost. Since we use the same stable international providers for lab animals, reagents and lab materials as other CROs, we have no cost savings on these materials and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term preclinical tests. But, regardless of your test protocol and duration, our goal is to give our customers the greatest possible value for their investment.
